Cannibal Corpse Returns to Concord on Decibel Tour

Metal fans across the U.S. have been waiting for Cannibal Corpse to take off on the Decibel Magazine Tour that started earlier this week! Bringing their brutal sound to various cities, they’ll be at Concord on March 4th with Morbid Angel, Necrot, and Blood Incantation to give their Chicago fans a night full of heavy metal from beginning to end.

Recently, Cannibal Corpse expressed excitement that Erik Rutan will be filling in for guitarist Pat O’Brien. This isn’t the first time this death metal team has worked together. Rutan actually has produced four albums with Cannibal Corpse including Kill and Evisceration Plague. Known for his time in Morbid Angel, Rutan also does vocals, guitar, and works on the production for his current band, Hate Eternal. The combination is a match made in heaven.

While banned in Australia, Germany, and Russia because of the heavy, gore content, the band from Buffalo, New York is the top-selling death metal band of all time. With fourteen studio albums, there are more than enough songs for the band to choose from for their headlining tour, but we’re expecting to hear their most popular song that was released in 1992, “Hammer Smashed Face” that you can listen to below.

We’re excited for Cannibal Corpse to bring their thundering volume and ageless tracks to Concord this March 4th! You can grab tickets for their show HERE.
