Taking a trip down memory lane, the legendary Black Label Society is stopping by Concord Music Hall on Tuesday, April 30th and Wednesday, May 1st for their ‘20 Years of Sonic Brewtality' Tour, featuring 2 nights of unique performances.
In honor of the 20th anniversary of their debut album, ‘Sonic Brew,’ Black Label Society is reissuing a “reimagined” version of the 1998 album, along with an anniversary tour. The ‘20 Years of Sonic Brewtality Tour’ will present Black Label Society playing not one, but two nights in Chicago. The heavy metal band will be devoting one night to playing ‘Sonic Brew’ in its entirety, and a second night to their Greatest Hits.
With the tour just kicking off, we have a pretty good idea of what to expect for April 30th and May 1st at Concord. Refresh your memory by listening to ‘Sonic Brew’ and also check out their most popular hits. Take a listen to one of Black Label Society’s first hits, “No More Tears” off of ‘Sonic Brews,’ and get a taste of what their shows at Concord will be like!
In addition to the original tracks on ‘Sonic Brew,’ the reimagined album will include a special unplugged version of the hit track, “A Spoke in the Wheel.” Initially recorded as an acoustic track, fans will get to hear the song with a full brand piano this time around. Take a look at the unplugged version of Black Label Society’s, “A Spoke in the Wheel,” off of their soon to be released, reimagined album, ‘Sonic Brew.’
Opening on the tour are British doom metal band, Conan and the American rock band, Atomic Bitchwax. Be sure to get to the show on time so you don’t miss rocking out with these guys.
With Ozzy Osbourne postponing all of his current tour dates for 2019, this could be your only chance to see Zakk Wylde perform before the year is over. We hope you’re ready to hear “Sonic Brew,’ in its entirety and the band’s greatest hits! The tour will kick off in late April and over the course of one month, the band will hit ten cities. Join Concord for both nights of Black Label Society on their ‘20 Years of Brewtality Tour’ at Concord on April 30th and May 1st.
