TAUK Takes the Stage at Concord Music Hall

TAUK is a self-proclaimed “Dirty Funk 4-piece” from NYC, rolling through Concord Music Hall this Friday. Since their 2012 formation, the jazz-infused jam band has received massive attention and critical acclaim opening for Concord Music Hall vets like Umphrey’s McGee and Lettuce, as well as appearing at major music festivals such as Electric Forest, Bonnaroo, and several others.

TAUK incorporates modern electronic elements into their funk fusion style of rock that delivers a sound layered with rich textures. Their latest album, Sir Nebula (2016), carries a beautiful combination of ’80's synth and modern neo-soul that sends listeners into a blissful headspace. TAUK’s live show features songs from their entire catalog, but promises improvisational adventures at every turn, leaving each performance wonderfully unique and exhilarating.

Make sure you give TAUK's new studio EP, Shapeshifter I: Construct a spin before the show at Concord this Friday, April 13th! w/ special guests EGI + Steady Flow.
