Robert DeLong's Concord Music Hall Debut

Starting the year off on a high note, Robert DeLong is hitting the road for his ‘See You In The Future’ Tour! No better place to kick it off than in Chicago, DeLong plays the first show of the tour on Wednesday, February 6th at Concord Music Hall. Tickets available HERE.

This past October, Delong released his fourth EP, ‘See You In The Future.' Months before the EP dropped, the electronic musician put out two singles, "Favorite Color Is Blue" (featuring Concord alum and Chicago native, K.Flay) and “Revolutionary.” Quickly becoming two of his most popular songs to date, Delong generated more hype and released a music video for each single off of ‘See You In The Future.’

Take a listen to and look at the music video for ‘Favorite Color Is Blue’ and see DeLong and K. Flay in a mind-bending trance that brings the song to life.

Robert DeLong’s ‘See You In The Future’ Tour is just around the corner and we have his tracks on repeat. What should we expect for his Concord show though? Based on setlists from his 2018 fall tour, we have a feeling that DeLong is going to play his newest music all the way back to his first EP released in 2012, ‘Global Concepts.’

One of our favorite setlists in 2018 comes from DeLong’s performance in Seattle, at The Crocodile this past November.

  • Beginning Of The End
  • Don’t Wait Up
  • Jealousy
  • Global Concepts
  • Drum Solo
  • First Person On Earth
  • Acid Rain
  • Happy (Dedicated to David Byrne)
  • Revolutionary
  • Long Way Down
  • Favorite Color Is Blue
  • Religious Views
  • Drum Solo
  • Where We’re going (With ‘Karma Police’ by Radiohead)

DeLong’s shows are fast paced and full of excitement. With a screen of ever changing fluorescent visuals in the background, he surrounds himself in a semi-circle of instruments. Alternating back and forth from multiple keyboards, a series of other instruments and a drum set that is off to the side of the stage, DeLong is a one-man band. Between his constant movement and crown interaction, he creates an awesome experience for his audiences.

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, February 6th and get your tickets NOW! Better yet, get a group together and score a 4-pack ticket deal while they are still left. We’ll see you there!
