In compliance with orders from the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago, Concord Music Hall is postponing all shows for the foreseeable future. We will continue to provide additional updates as the rescheduled dates for these shows are confirmed.
All tickets purchased prior to rescheduling will be valid at the rescheduled date. Hold on to your tickets. There is nothing else you have to do.
If a show is canceled all tickets will be refunded automatically at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to appear.
If a show is postponed or rescheduled you will have 30 days from the announcement date to request a refund.
More info regarding refunds for tickets of canceled shows purchased at the Concord box office with cash will be communicated as city and state guidelines regarding non-essential business become more clear and defined.
